Who says you can’t add banana to any basic recipe?
Though I have always been a fan of banana-flavoured baked goods, I had never thought to make something as simple — and, it turns out, as delicious — as banana chocolate chip cookies.
Banana bread, sure. Banana muffins, of course. But this quick and easy recipe adds that extra banana flavour to such a classic sweet treat.
With only a 20-minute prep time and 15-minute bake time, this recipe will yield 2 dozen extra soft and chewy cookies that are sure to please many palettes.
